To some couples perhaps one of the most difficult decisions to make is the choice of church. To Jayjay and I, I'm happy to say it wasn't. Our Lady of Consolation Parish in Mira Nila Homes is the only church we went to see and it was love at first sight; right then and there, we knew we never had to look for other ceremony venues. The church is not too big and not too small either. To us it's just right. I personally love the feeling inside OLCP. I like how the wooden part of the church somehow makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. We love the serenity. It's perfect for Jayjay and me.:)
Our Lady of Consolation Parish was created on 1 February 1987 through a decree promulgated by then Jaime Cardinal Sin. The church served as a conduit of pastoral zeal for its parishioners and a center for pastoral training of Recollect candidates to priesthood. It envisions a united, vibrant, and compassionate community of God's people.
